If you are a participant who was actively contributing to 403(b) account prior to the plan take-over by CalSTRS 403bComply, and this is your first time logging in to the CalSTRS site. Your initial username will be your Social Security Number and your initial password will be the last four of that number.

Your username will be your Social Security Number and your plan password will be provided on the Plan Description for your district. You can access that by clicking on 'Plan Description' on the left side menu. Finally, click on your district for the Plan Description page.
